Watercolors by Joshy's 2022 painting of Emily's Bridge in Stowe Vermont is now available on premium stretched canvas. Originally painted in watercolor on 12x18" cold press cotton paper in Early November 2022. Joshy painted this piece on location on Covered Bridge Road by Gold Brook in Stowe Vermont straddling Waterbury Center's backroads. This wooden bridge is legendary not only due to its beauty and location, but because of the folklore of Emily ending her life there and the bridge's subsequent "haunting." All this adds to the quirky spooky beauty of this VT landmark, and having grown up around Emily's Bridge, Joshy decided to paint it again and capture its charm through watercolors.
